I love to read Karen's blog. It's motivating & very real & I can relate to a lot that she says.

Comments: She tells her stories in a down to earth manner...never preachy.
Comments: Karen isn't afraid to put it all out there - what works for her, what doesn't, triumphs, mistakes, and the lessons learned along the way.  For a lot of people, managing weight isn't about counting calories and exercise.  It's also about getting at the weight behind the weight, why we make the same wellness mistakes over and over again.  And sometimes that's scarier than the idea of having to lose 40 pounds.  Karen doesn't take the "my way or the highway" approach.  She invites you along for the journey.
Comments: Karen's blog posts are uplifting, real (in a world that doesn't seem to know what REAL is anymore) and educational, but not in a preachy way. Her style is very relatable - you feel like you're talking with a friend.
