Comments: Victoria is astonishingly inspiring and determined as a person, and this comes through in her eloquent, heartfelt writing. Her blog is is clearly catahrtic, but also does so much to promote the cause of organ donation and help other people to understand.

When I have a day where I moan and groan, I then read Victoria's blog and Twitter account and realise I should be greatful for my health. 

There are so many people out there who could work but pretend they are too sick so that they can claim their benefits for sitting on their backsides watching Jeremy Kyle!  Victoria, despite her illness, still wants to beter herself through her Open University Course.  I have never met her and was directed to her Twitter Account via Duncan Banatyne. She is an inspirational person who deserves to get that lucky phone call.
