Thanks Mary Ann,

I have been a busy little blogger and I have 86 posts on my blog at present. I average about 6 per week.

Do you have a recommendation for how many I should post right away. I don't want to post a whole bunch and look like a spammer.

 Thanks

Doug

Douglas,

Just go to the Weight Loss forum and click on post advice.  You can actually paste and copy a few sentences of a post from you blog and then put Read more and put a link to your blog so we can finish reading the post.
