Cory, How long have you been at it? Don't expect too much of yourself too fast. You will only set yourself up for disappointment. Look at the positive - it sounds like you are building your Endurance - you are going further!!! That is a Goal Achieved! im increasing my milage but my time is'nt getting any better. it's not getting worse but not any faster. i am giving it all i have. what should i do?

My name is Mary. I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community. Thanks for joining us. I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.
