Well I kept saying I wanted to run a 1/2 marathon. Well on Feburary 4, 2007 @ 8:00 a.m. I completed my 1st 1/2 marathon. THANK YOU TEAM IN TRAINING - SF CHAPTER.... for making this goal a reality. Coach Al, Coach GiGi and Coach Gary... you are the best at what you do. I couldn't of made it without your encouragement throughout the season.
