I have experience in long distance running, 9 marathons thus far since 1986. I do 1 every 3-4 years. Used to teach a "Boot Camp" physical fitness class at the Seqoia YMCA. I was a Navy Corpsman for 12 years. Physical fitness is very important to me but has been harder since having 2 young ones.

East Palo Alto. Previously, i was the fitness technician for the Curves Foundation, as well as taught classes with HIP at Stanford.
