As any other women and individual once discovered own health issues with Yeast Infection I go through the same cycles of learning on health problems with yeast infection and I decided to publish my personal research.
I used to eat everything in sight. I now avoid gluten, casein, soy, eggs, yeast, sugar, citrus, anything acidy, sulfites and I feel better. The quality of my life has improved greatly.
I added bike riding but due to the Wintry weather I am going to jump on my mini trampoline inside the house until the Spring.
I've recently been diagnosed with multiple mild and moderate food allergies (black pepper, baker's yeast, chicken, pork, potato, tea, lemon, garlic, almonds, sunflower seeds) and Celiac Disease.
I need help eating!
