I practice holistic medicine in Ocala, Florida, by treating the mind, body and spirit of my patients. I address diet, life style, trauma, addictions, emotional stagnation and the physical body.

I had been in and out of shape for years. After going through an emotional trauma and gaining 70 pounds, I realize the importance of healthy eating and physical fitness for balance lifestyle. I'm certified through the International Sports Sciences Association as a fitness trainer. Fitness is my passion and I enjoy helping people find strength and balance in their lives.
