I am a software engineer, and like others of my field, I spend endless hours staring at the computer. I have being trying to keep a healthy routine, and do play some tennis, and go to the gym very irregularly. However of late, I have decided to step up a notch or two, and give health the attention it deserves at 25!

I am 63 married, I was very heavy for a great many years had to have Gastric bypass surgery to loose weight as had such knee problems could not exercise properly. But am heavy in my ankles and calves of my legs. Every thing requires Yoga etc. something to kneel etc. and that i cannot do.
