Sore White Bumps On Tongue - People

Hi, I had a tongue biopsy last week that has not healed. I did not have any pain prior to the biopsy now the pain prevents me from eating. Is there a natural cure to heal the tongue after a biopsy? Kindly let me know and thank you so much.
