I have insomnia, but have found ways of overcomming it that don't involve sleeping pills. I created a sleep site 5 years ago to try & help others with the same problems.
I have just obtained my diploma in Holistic Health to better understand how the body/mind works and how it affects our sleep.
IM ACTIVE MILITARY AND NOT OVERWIEIGHT BY ANY MEANS, BUT DEFINATELY COULD USE SOME TIPS ON EATING HEALTHIER!! AND WITH SLEEP, NOT EVEN SURE IF I KNOW WHAT THAT IS...I JUST DON'T GET ENOUGH OF IT, I FALL ASLEEP FINE, WITH SLEEPING PILLS, BUT WAKE UP ALL THRU NIGHT!!
