Working and having many hobbies leaves little time for exercise, so I do a little here and there from home. I'm trying to find time to get back into mountain biking. In the past, I have raced prototype and production Specialized bikes. I just got a membership to Planet Granite, so i will try to go there once or twice a week. I also like longboarding (skateboarding) and racing cars.
I am a former dancer who converted to running nearly 20 years ago. I look forward to completing my first marathon one day in the not-too-distant future. Soon, I will be adding skateboarding to my repertoire . . . :-D

22/M/FL - I weight 285lbs and I'm wanting to drop down to 190lbs for starters. I like to bowl, and I'm going to start skateboarding again... Last time I skated I was 16 years old, and I my weight was not a problem, at that time I weighted about 170-180lbs. I need help.... I've tried a number of diets, and I have not found any that will work for me.
