I am 60 years old and have just retired. As of December 7, 2009, I started taking care of my 77-year old Mom who had a massive stroke in November, 2006. I am at her and my Dad's house from 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday-Friday. Since I am more involved with my Mom's health now, I want to make sure she's receiving a diet that is beneficial for her.
