Scuba Holidays - People

I am on maintenance but I gained a few pounds over the holidays. I want to get back to goal by the end of January.

I'm a semi-active guy that REALLY needs to figure out how to get more in with my busy schedule!

Born and raised in SF. Must adventure, travel, explore! I love skiing, snowboarding, sailing, surfing, wake boarding, biking, and the occasional stair climbing race. I also like motorcycles and flying, though that's not part of the fitness gig.

By day I'm a communications, curriculum design, and training specialist in the Stanford IT Services department. At night I'm a social dancer. I teach Irish Ceili every Monday night in Alameda and work at Fezziwigs during the holidays. I'm a regular at Friday Night Waltz and Gaskells.
