A guy originally from Taiwan. Joined Stanford since 1996 and enjoyed being a member of Stanford. My major excise is fast walking. I usually walk for about 7 miles a day. For me walking is the best and most cost efficient excise.

I am 33 years old and received bilateral hip replacement surgery on 8th April 2010. Technically it's really a Birmingham Mid Head Resection. (The McMinn Centre has some awesome info about the procedure) The decision to do this now rather than in a few years time took some time, consideration and a lot of research. I am in the rehabilitation process at the moment and doing well on crutches....
