Now I'm getting back into running and looking to make it a permanent part of my routine.

Hi, I'm an employee at Stanford, working in ITS. I'm pretty active with physical activites. I run three days a week, mountain bike 3-4 times a month and race motocross twice a month.
I need to do better with my diet and start a better workout routine that would include upper body strength training.
