Rowan Atkinson Workout - People

I am a avid rowing enthusiast who teaches a class called Rowbics indoor rowing. A full body workout on th rowing machine. I learned to row at Bair Island Aquatic Center in Redwood City at the age of 54. I row 4 days a week right now with stregnth training & yoga on the other days.
