I began this weight loss journey with 100 pounds to lose. After a year of eating right I have lost 50 pounds. My blog is for anyone who struggles to lose weight. Its not about fast weight loss. i'm just a recent blogger (in the past year) and i sometimes neglect it when life gets too hectic, which as a SAHM of two lil ones (a 3 year old DD, and 15 month old DS) happens a bit!!! but i like the fact that i can get out the emotional things that sometimes hinder my weightloss progress...or i can just write aimlessly about my day...it reminds me that i like writing! hope you get something...
