I'm a relatively healthy 27-year-old female. I was diagnosed with psoriasis in 2008, but it goes into remission in the summertime. I have low iron but am not anemic. I take birth control, iron supplements, and folic acid. When the psoriasis is bad, I use the topical prescription Protopic on my hands.
