Strong,fun,attractive,farmer of beef and chicken,country girl. I believe Im perimenopausal now so now I see myself as fat,lazy,angry,and spacey. Im 43 now and not well.I dont sleep well,hot flashes feel like my skin is tingleing.I wanna eat chocolate and sleep! What happened!? My doc told me to take sleep pills and deal with it. She's 31!
