i am 54 i have been suffering with depression for years at the age of eight i was paralyzed with a childhood sickness rheumatic fever. i don't remember how long in the hospital but from the age of eight until i was fifteen i received penicillin shots each month in the upper arms and also i suffer with weight problems. I love walking my dog, she keeps me young I think. I am really happy when I have her near me. Love walking and I work out at the gym 3 times a week, leg press 190lbs 3 reps of 12. Upper arms and inner thigh and outer thigh machines make my back feel really good. Will be doing a lot of walk a thons in Ill and Wi, e mail me so we can maybe meet at one.
