I have Bipolar Disorder, OCD, and Panic Disorder. I have been on meds for 19 years. I have been on just about every medication that there is! I am doing pretty good now on the meds Im on now. I have heightened awareness on every level now and I am not sure if it's Mental or Spiritual.....maybe both?
