I am 24 years old. I was in a car accident when I was 17, and year later I started having daily level 10 headaches. I searched for an answer everywhere: Michigan, Chicago, St. Louis, Indianapolis. For 5 years I had no answers and no pain relief. I told my mom that I would try out one more doctor, but I was very ready to give up. The one doctor happened to be a neurosurgeon and helped me...

I am a 31 year old female suffering from headaches - occipital neuralgia to be specific.  I have tried numerous treatments and medications with little to no pain relief.  I recently found a new doctor, who has suggested an occipital nerve stimulation implant.  My husband and I are in the process of deciding what to do next.

My headaches are debilitating and intractable. I recently had an occipital nerve stimulator implanted to help with my pain because so many other treatments have failed.  Check out my blog that chronicles...

I have been suffering from constant migraines for four years. I tried everything under the sun until I was diagnosed with Hemicrania Continua. My body did not react well to the Indomethacin that took away the headaches, so I decided to have a Supra-Orbital Nerve Stimulator (very much like an Occipital Nerve Stimulator, but the wire is placed in a different area) implanted.

Have an occipital stimulator for headache pain control.  suffer from late effects of radiation therapy, and myriad other problems.  Big Sigh. Somewhere around November 18th or 19th of 2007, I started feeling what I thought were Carpal Tunnel symptoms in my right hand. The symptoms included: tingling of my fingers, numbness, and I was having trouble typing. I went out and bought wrist guards, and things designed to help CT patients. The symptoms continued for about two weeks and I promised I?d visit the doctor after Thanksgiving....

I am a 41yr old man. I've been an electrician for 22yrs, most of which i've been a workaholic. "A walking forklift", I've been called. In May of 2007 I lifted my toolbag wrong (which I found out later weighed 80lbs) and felt a sudden sharp pain in my lower back that almost put me to my knees. I reported this but kept on working (old mindset "just work...
