I started going to the gym this past September after my 27th birthday. I started out weighing a massive 281 and as of 1/29/08 I weigh in at semi-massive 251. [as of 8/ 8/08 I weigh 226!] I switched up my eating habits and I added more protein to my diet. I also started taking supplements like CLA and Omega 3 and whey protein. I feel great and hope to drop more pounds and gain more...
I live in Los Angeles, the capital of Smog and Trying to be Healthy. 5'9, I ignored my physical health for several years, assuming that since I didn't gain weight, I had nothing to worry about. A yoga class changed everything about my energy levels and suddenly, the world of getting well was a peak interest.
