I am ME!! My path of health has been lifelong so far. The interest began very young with family teaching me of respect for nature and how to use signs in nature and herbs. From there I delved into shamanic studies from meditation and trance to symbology and trance. I then had a calling for massage therapy which I've practiced since along with meditation and Kundalini Yoga.

Naturally lazy, I have to either force myself to do some kind of strenuous physical activity or be strongly ;) encouraged by friends.
But being very curious I really enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and biking, especially in the wonderful Californian nature.

I am an active 44 year old from Missoula Montana. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 6 months ago and spent the winter recovering from bilateral mastectomy/oophorectomy surgeries and chemotherapy.
