Im just a simple man trying to lose wieght!

I am a 51 yr old teenager that has just found out I have chronic kidney disease.  Stage three.  I am a smoker, trying to quit, and haven't had a drink for over a month.  BORED!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Anyway, I have never done this before, thought I would see if anyone out there wants or needs a crazy Kansas woman for an ear or shoulder, and to be there when I need one.
