I'm a wife, mom, and runner living in Kansas. I started running when I was 10 years old, was a state champion in high school, and even competed at the college level. Since then, I've been much more of a middle-of-the-pack recreational type of runner. No age group awards for me, but I'm still out there to stay in shape, keep my sanity, and have fun.
