I'm working hard to lose weight and do so in a healthy way. I'm trying to get as close to natural eating as I can and have given up a lot of weight loss "snacks" ie 100 calorie doritos etc. I'm reading labels and making more informed choices at the store. In Spring 2009, I had stage 1 cancer.
In Oct 2009, there was N.E.D (no evidence of cancer).
I am lucky to have caught this so early on and will fight to keep this at bay for as long as I live.
