I am a canadian mom of three, two of which are in the spectrum.I have a great sense of humor ( for the sake of sanity) and love a good laugh.I am always in search of the next step for my kids and on the whole, we live as green and clean as we can.

My blog is about training for endurance events, the nutritional & mental aspects that go along with it, with a side of witty humor.

Humor and Honesty are the tools I use to get through this journey. I hope to teach my two daughters that, as tough as this road is, face it head on.

I have many cool qualities. 1. I am resilient. You can abuse me and I will always come back for more. 2. I have a good sense of humor, as long as you think I'm funny. 3. I dress like a gansta.
