How To Run A 10k - People

wassup im josh, im in 8th grade, ive been running for about 2 years now. im Easily entertained in any physical activity. i bike,run track, play tackle football, and surf ALOT.i wish to run alot of long distance races, although i have ran many distances in track.i really hope to accomplish atleast one 5k.
