I'm happy to be joining this page after completing the Kaiser Half Marathon with Team in Training in the winter of 2007.
Although I'm getting back into running again, I'm more than happy to share strategies for time management and goal setting.

I joined Team in Training in 2002 and completed my first Tri at Pac. Grove. Since then, I've been hooked on completing Wildflower the last couple of years! I'm looking forward to my first Half-Ironman (Big Kahuna) this Sept. and would love to train with folks!!
