Don't know what I'm doing here on this site for fitness and health fans! I just feel drawn to it. I want to make some changes and am looking for inspiration.
I live by the sea, on the Isle of Wight. I love to walk, swim and cycle when the sun is out but prefer to hibernate in the winter months. Any ideas for getting me moving when it's dark outside?
