Hi! I am a 1st year PhD student in the Biology Department. I love to play tennis, run and swim. I am currently training for the half marathon in San Fran on july 27th and trying to explore more of the bay area. I am always on the look out for events!

I would describe myself as a jack (or jacquie?) of all trades, master of none. I surf a little, play guitar a little, mt bike a little, party a little, run a little, cook a little, yoga a little, hike a little, love games (poker, cards, backgammon, dice, pictionary) and i love to play a lot.

I'm a 31-year old woman with experience in the plus size modeling industry who is trying to lose weight and be "not so plus" anymore. I've currently lost 30 pounds, and am working hard at losing more. My ultimate goal is 155 lbs., and I'm hoping to attain that goal by July 4, 2009.

I will be married to my better half for 22 years this July 4th. HE truly was my best decision. Have 2 great kids; DD is 14 soon to be (also in July) 15 acting like she's going on 30. I was diagnosed with Lupus and overlapping Rheumatoid Arthritis in November 2008. Before this, I had been mis-diagnosed for about two years. First with bi-lateral carpal tunnel, then with the curve in my neck not being curved enough. I had hand surgery scheduled in July 2008 before my primary care physician suggested I cancel until more tests could be run.
