I was diagnosed with Lupus and overlapping Rheumatoid Arthritis in November 2008. Before this, I had been mis-diagnosed for about two years. First with bi-lateral carpal tunnel, then with the curve in my neck not being curved enough. I had hand surgery scheduled in July 2008 before my primary care physician suggested I cancel until more tests could be run.

I'm a single gal looking for additional weight loss support. My all time high was 243 pounds. There was a TOPS Chapter in my area so I joined it. Following his death, I scrambled up that steep learning curve of understanding and managing the care of my equally aged mother who has increasing dementia. My blog perspective is this: There are...

I work in the pest control business by day. Later I promote teaching children on how to play baseball in their minds before they go out into the field. I believe that many young people try to be someone else for so many years of their life, they find it difficult to make a transition to who they really are. I would like to be part of the learning curve that helps children to learn to be the best...

I'm a self-taught jewelry artist living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I love creative expression in all forms, with a special addiction to Artist Trading Cards aka ATCs (designed with traditional or digital media, they're like baseball cards brimming with creative goodness -- traded, never sold, among artists). I host an ATC MeetUp Group on the second Saturday of each month at various locations...
