I have a long story of weight loss, gain, loss -- including losing 150 pounds TWICE, once with gastric bypass surgery (which I CAN'T RECOMMEND!) and once via healthy eating and exercise. This is a journey and if you're interested, you can read all about my lonnnnggg journey on my blog. Now, the thing I care most about is putting aside perfection and blame and just living healthy and happy!

I once weighed 530 lbs. I lost a good amount of weight on my own and then had RNY gastric bypass surgery almost two years ago. I have lost a total of about 265 lbs and hope to lose another 30-40 at least. I'm not so much governed by the number on the scale as I am by how I feel and I feel GREAT!
