I am a 40 years young, full-time working Wife, Mom and sometime student and most recently, a triathlete! After having Gastric Bypass Surgery on November 15, 2006, I'm learning what it's like to actually lead my life, instead of watching it from the sidelines. I've been working here at Stanford for 29 years and have taken advantage of many of the HIP programs in the past. Currently started an exercise routine at Tressider gym. I've been rather lazy for the last two years about getting any regular exercise but I'm back in the swing of things and charged up about getting back in shape.
Health and fitness has been a passion of mine for almost 15 years now. I have completed a Personal Training Certificate (Diploma of Exercise Science & Fitness Management) and always enjoyed exercise and helping my friends, family meet desired weight and fitness goals.
I look very much forward to sharing experiences and supporting each other!
