Hi. I'm 46 years old. I have been working on a change of lifestyle since the beginning of June. As of today, I have lost 65 lbs. I began participating in charity walks and have decided to begin jogging. On Thanksgiving I will jog my first 5k. We'll see how it goes.
I'm the single mother of 3. I've wanted to lose weight since I was a teenager. Now is my time! I've already lost 22 pounds; my ultimate goal is to lose 100 pounds. I'm not here because I'm fit - I'm here because I want to be fit. One of my short term goals is to walk in a 5K run/walk that benefits some type of charity.
