I am a husband, teacher, Army soldier, musician, and runner. Living in northeastern Massachusetts I run on rolling hills and some flat terrain. I use a Garmin 305 to track my time, distance and heart rate, and work to maintain my fitness, improve my 5K, 10K, 10M and Army 2-mile times, and to maintain an active lifestyle.
I was a dancer for 14 yrs in ballet, jazz, tap, & lyrical, only 7 yrs in baton and I taught for 3yrs in baton. Since I started college ive been out of dance for 2yrs, hopefully Feb. 13, 2008 I will start back in ballet.
