I am 74 years. Pic was taken last year in June in San Leandro, Ca at tan and bare tanning salon.. My diet is primarily Protein ( whey, Egg, soy) I have lived like that for 20 years. I am not a glutton but believe that most Americans are. I live on Social Security and foodstamps. I think Protein powders should be added to food items.
