I love pregnancy and birth.  I am the mom of 3 boys and a Hypnobabies Childbirth Educator and Birth Doula.

I am 33 years old and have given birth to seven healthy children, all single births. I'm done (at least for now). I am healthy and active.

Avid sand volleyball player. Active in general. Skinny from birth!

My husband and I are the proud new adoptive parents of a beautiful baby girl with Down syndrome. We are also the proud parents of two biological children. The goal of our blog is to promote adoption as an option in Canada for birth parents who receive an adverse prenatal diagnosis.
