I'm a thirty-one-year-old woman in Texas who needs to lose about 75 pounds. I'm shooting for a goal weight of around 125 lbs, which is in the healthy range for my height (5'3). I have tried to lose weight many, many, (many,) times before. Nevertheless... hope springs eternal. I'm losing weight the slow, determined, turtle-powered way!
