A lifelong cook, part-time caterer and overall foodie, in 2003 I discovered that I was allergic to wheat, dairy, soy, rice (hello, I'm Chinese!), gluten, garlic, tomatoes, all citrus, lettuce (!), carrots, celery, squash, peaches, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, flax and chicken.
