I am the mother of 3 girls with multiple food allergies. My husband and my mother also have food allergies. Their combined allergies are to wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, corn, chocolate, beef, lamb, garlic, mustard, cantaloupe, and bananas. I have celiac disease and I am a mom to a daughter with food allergies. Much of my family lives a happy gluten-free lifestyle and my daughter cannot eat gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, or eggs. It is challenging, but possible!I hope to help other people out there living gluten-free or allergen-free and to raise awareness about food allergy and intolerance.

I'm a mom of two young boys, a foodie, cook, photographer and crafter. You can find me in my kitchen cooking healthy allergen free meals for my family. All of the recipes posted in my blog are gluten free, dairy free and egg free. Most are free of refined flours and sugars. Many are free of all major allergens, and many are vegan.
