I am a 36 year old married mom of 2. Cameron was 9 1/2 when he died on 10/30/08 of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Samantha will be 6 in November. Life has not been what I expected, but it is what it is & I have to somehow make the most of it. As my favorite quote suggest: "You don't know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have."
I watched over Mom and Dad for many years as their health and memories began to fail. In 2005, they moved in with us. In December of last year, they moved into assisted living. In May of this year, Dad passed away.
