I am a wife and mother of 3 who strives to eat CLEAN FOOD without preservatives and additives. I feel that if you eat REAL FOOD, your body can heal itself instead of fighting chemical laden foods. I love to exercise, and do so 6 days a week. Currently I am training for the ING Atlanta 1/2 marathon on 3/21/10.
