So my goal is to start living a healthier life. Right not my health is ok but it could be better. I know part of it has to do with my weight. So I have made a pledge to myself to at least lose 30 lbs by the end of the year. So here I am and let's get started!!! :)

Wow, 8lbs in just a couple of weeks! That is a fabulous accomplishment. If you stay in the groove, I'm sure you can even pass your goal. Congratulations, and keep it up!

So since I have started this program, I have already lost 8 lbs!!  It may sound small to some people but for me, it's a great start.  I am slowing making my way down.  I know I said my goal is to lose 30bls but the way things are looking, I just might pass my goal :).  Ideally, I would like to get down to 150lbs.  I'm just taking things in stride is all
