My name is Peg,  I am happily married to a wonderful man.  We will celebrate our 21st year of being together 21 years august of this year.  In 2001 I found out that i am a food addict and i found a solution. To stop eating the foods that were addictive and that cause me to cravings.  In doing this I lost another 60 lbs, and stayed in recovery for four years.. This was truly a wonderful miracle in my life.  Losing 120 lbs was truly a miracle and felt i would always be in recovery.. I started to get lazy in my 4th year.  Life got difficult and i relapsed in december of 2006.  I have made numerous attempts in getting back into recovery again.. This has not happend... in june of 2008 i decided that i would start a blog about the journey i am not traveling.. Hoping that i can help others, despite my many attempts.. Many people suffer from food addiction and don'[t understand how they can stop the merrygoround of relapse etc.  i want to reach out to others and provide a forum for others to share they experience and stories..  I will not speak of my food plan as i don't want to be a blog that just prescribes the food plan..  I want to hear stories of struggles and of milestones in this struggle we have and are experiencing.

Please feel free to share your experiences...
