I was born and raised in southern California near the beach and was very active until I moved up to Washington state in 1989 and the lifestyle change was  very different than what I was used to. I have lived here for 22 years and it is a very beautiful place but I never established a consistant excercise routine. I am not interested in skiing, or biking very much and this is a sport oriented town (valley). In Cali I could get on the freeway and go anywhere and do just about... Full Bio
