"A Long Way from Where I Started" by Pattie B. Patient Expert Posted in: Blog Posts in Green Living
Remember Danielle Ross (not to be confused with one of my city's founders, Daniel Ross)? Danielle is the 51-year-old rock-climbing trapeze artist who had to have surgery for osteoarthritis on her foot, and thus needed another fitness activity for during her recovery, who found my unicycling article and taught herself to ride one, and then contacted me to let me know this. Well, she's been sending me really cute video updates every couple of weeks. And here's the funny thing about when you learn something new. It changes your life.

Turns out Danielle has recently decided to quit her stressful job, sell her house, and start a non-profit. And, she says in the email she wrote to me last night, "This gives me hope that I might be able to muni (mountain unicycle) one day! Very humble beginnings, but a long way from where I started!"

See Danielle's latest here:

from my unicycling days . . .
Think about what is it you want to learn in 2013. And get ready for your life to change, in ways you never imagined.
