I work 12 hr swing shifts that rotate between nights and days so this is gonna take some savvy to complete but I am fully committed to reaching my goals. A few pounds at a time and I am going to use the wellness program at work to help with this. We start this coming Monday........

Hi Pat,

     Good luck as you begin your program this upcoming week.  Working swing shifts will be a bit challenging, but once you get a routine that will work into your schedule you'll be well on your way to taking those important steps toward your goal.  As moderator of the Exercise Community, I look forward to assisting you in your quest.
